[ Singles & Dating ] Open Question : This always happens to me… Need help! especially girls!?

OK, here’s my problem. There are a lot of girls that are really in to me, but none that I like (they always talk to me, etc.) Why is it the girl(s) that I like never flirt with me and always seem distant, even though they always glance at me when they think I’m not looking? Am I just eye-candy? I’m smart, nice, and shy. Do I have a tendency to like shy girls, because some of them love talking to other guys, or do they shun away because I’m shy myself?
