CHESTNUT SANDWICHES RECIPE
One slice each of white and brown bread, cut thin and buttered, and
spread with chestnuts that have been boiled tender, peeled and rubbed
through a sieve, then mashed with hard-boiled eggs to a paste and
moistened with Mayonnaise.
